Make a little book with 17 pages (each page = front and back):
-blank cover page,
-number the pages, you first animal is on page 1, page 2 is blank, second animal on page 3, page 4 blank, third animal on page 5, page 6 is blank, etc. until you have 8 animals
-left side of the next pages, you need to draw an animal and label its body parts (write the name of the animal above or below the drawing, min. 3 body parts per animal)
-the right side of each page will be used later to add text
-the pages at the end will be used later as well...you do need to have this many pages!
